Philosophy Statement:

Purpose

"Dental health is an integral part of our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Our purpose it to help our patients appreciate the possibility of dental health, and then to assist them in transforming hope into reality. We strive to understand their unique needs, and to form relationships built on honesty and  mutual respect."

Dental Team

"Our enthusiasm about our work motivates us to achieve our personal best. Our team is more powerful than the sum of our individual strengths. We will identify and nurture each others' talents to develop and utilize them to the fullest. By assisting each other to acquire new skills and supporting each other in times of need, we will potentiate our strengths and succeed as a team."

Continuining Education

"The road to success is always under construction."

Leadership

The doctor will define the practice philosophy and will ensure that the team acts in harmony with it. She will assist each member in acquiring new skills, and support her ongoing development so that each member will be proud of her accomplishments. She will set the standards high and establish measurable goals, that we will achieve as a team.
